Really nice modern updated hotel...

Liked: close, rail to terminal, dining room
Disliked: nothing, well, cost since i am low maintenance visiter there only 17 hours.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, excellent...

Liked: Valarie is absolutely the best! Despite having to stay at the hotel due to snow, she was still just as cheery and helpful the next day. I returned two weeks later when I had an early flight. I opted to stay here instead of driving to the airport in the early hours of the morning. Again, wonderful stay!!

Modern clean hotel.

Liked: Many American hotels are old, dated relics of the 70s with feeble attempts at modernisation. Thus hotel is different. Clean, modern facility with friendly staff. And that skytrain by the door means you’re 5 minutes from the domestic terminal! Ideal.
Disliked: Slightly overpriced.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great.
Disliked: I didn’t receive the room I booked, I booked a bigger corner King room ,instead I received a regular king room. They changed my room and then put me in someone else room this was bad, so unprofessional

Liked: I loved the staff member that helped me check-in energy was wonderful she made my day
Disliked: The first staff member i talked to was rude she caught an attitude when i asked questions and hung up in my face before i could ask another one
