Liked: Location was nice, bed was very comfortable, our room was quite big.
Disliked: Pool wasn't as clean as I would've liked.

Liked: Good location and nice facilities
Disliked: Honestly the rudest staff I’ve experienced in a while. I would NEVER come back here given how the receptionist at the counter treated us. We travelled all day to get to Boston and the lady at the counter just treated us as we were bothering her.Hope Marriott can do better in selecting their staff going forward.

Liked: my favorite hotel at the Seaport, central, great bar for late nights and great breakfast buffet.

Disliked: Over priced, staff on strike, banging on Home Depot buckets, yelling for hrs. Never been to Boston and needed help getting taxi or Uber to take us to ports. Had to ask few different employees before one would help us.

Comfortable and so enjoyable

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a Starbucks onsite was very convenient. The bar was great for food and drinks also. The pool and gym looked wonderful. The location was perfect for us - nice and quiet.
Disliked: The price of our room was extremely high one night due to a convention being held there.

Exceptional

Liked: Great breakfast and location. Very walkable to stores, restaurants, etc.
