Liked: Gina Restaurant staff were extremely rude. Noisy rooms from the outside food halls.

Liked: AC not working it was 30C in the room. WiFi guests not working. Very disappointed

Disliked: A bit noisy with a party at the Halles opposite till 0100.Restaurant has a good vibe and a good rooftop location but menu slightly odd

Location and views!

Liked: Close proximity to the Cite du Vin and a walking distance to other places of interest, restaurants and the tram. Impressive views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The view from the room was great (paid a small amount extra, on arrival, to be moved to higher floor). Parking was easy, managed to find parking in front of the hotel, otherwise the is undercover parking right next to the hotel. I appreciated the personal touch in the room for my birthday! :D
Disliked: The cleaning robot on our floor was noisy. The hotel could do with a some refresh in places, cutlery and crockery. The breakfast could be better. Other than that the hotel was okay.

Liked: Great location, easy parking , clean , well designed and with very pleasant and helpful staff

Great hotel in Bordeaux

Liked: The hotel is excellent. The staff in particular was very welcoming and did everything possible to make us comfortable. The room was very clean if a bit too warm even with an open window. I also appreciated the fact that we could connect our apps to the TV in the room.
Disliked: It would be nice to just have one price for the breakfast and not depending on whether one purchases breakfast at check-in for the entire stay. Also, thinner duvets would be a big plus.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and nice. The room was big, nice comfortable bed. Really nice breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed in a family room and I can’t say it was cleaned really well. There were finger prints on the mirror. That doesn’t feel comfortable to me

Excellent stay and would definitely...

Liked: Loved the welcome and overall quality throughout including breakfast. In fact it's more re 5 star than many 5 stars we have stayed in. Great location too. Lovely little cafe to grab a coffee, cake or ciabatta.
Disliked: Power in the shower was dismal yet the tap in the sink was too powerful and splashed everywhere. The discounted parking was a nightmare on exit. As it was stamped it will not work in the automated machines and you have to call the button on exit which took forever and the lady on the speaker was very abrupt and rude. Thank goodness there was not a queue behind us! Would have preferred to pay full price on exit with a regular ticket. Felt very safe and the area surrounding was very clean. Close to excellent tram system and Cite du Vin.
