It was a wonderful place to stay. I will not be staying anywhere but at the Renaissance. The most outstanding thing - the delicious crabcakes!! We are from Maryland and we know our crabcakes. These were the best. Thank you so much.

Liked: Room spacious and clean. Breakfast great. Enjoyed gym and pool. Walking distance to restaurants and shops

A great property, but seems...

Disliked: I booked the property through a third party and found out two hours later that my event had been postponed for 24 hours. I called the third-party booking company, and they said they needed the property to waive the fees so that I could come the next day. I spoke with someone with the property (Andrew, who would not give me his last name and was seemingly very condescending). Andrew said there was nothing he could do. I would have to wait for 3 - 5 business days. I asked him for a supervisor 7 times before I realized he would not allow me to speak with his supervisor. My Observation: If you are going to accept third-party bookings, why would you not treat us like regular customers? The property seemed to be about 70% unoccupied, and this would not have been a complicated request to fill.

I enjoyed my stay entirely
