It was a wonderful place to stay. I will not be staying anywhere but at the Renaissance. The most outstanding thing - the delicious crabcakes!! We are from Maryland and we know our crabcakes. These were the best. Thank you so much.

It was great other than...

Liked: The convenience to Truist Park was great. It was in walking distance. Our room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: It would be nice to have signs directing you as to exactly how to get over and especially back (at night) from going to the game at Truist Park.

Liked: Manager was rude. Charged me double parking for my dually truck. And she wanted to debate me. Pee and hairs on toilet. Pillows are terrible. Bed spread was nasty.

Disliked: Stayed in 448 there were no shower gel! When we called for service we only heard music, Noone picked up the phone. No body lotion placed daily
