Location good, but service needs...

Liked: Location is great. Walking distance to all attractions like Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, etc.
Disliked: Service was terrible. They charged us extra 9 euro when paying, and it was only because I checked again the price of the booking that they returned the money. You will get your room cleaned only if you book cleaning in the reception with 1 day before. I had asked for the room to be cleaned but when returning in the afternoon saw it was not. They said it was a miss and that there is nothing to be done now. Also the room was not very clean in the first place, I found laying on the carpet an ear plug, probably from someone who stayed there before.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the hotel's exceptional pet-friendliness. In the room we found a cozy bed for our dog, two bowls with a delicious treat, and a toy to play with.The room itself was spacious and comfortable with TV, fridge etc. The windows faced the inner side of the hotel, but I preferred this to a road. We didn't try the breakfast because we wanted to try something new from the hotel breakfast, as there were many enticing bars and cafes nearby.

Good for short period

Liked: Perfect location - close to metro, museums, shops.Nice hotel service
Disliked: There was no parking space for me, and I needed to find something else.The room was not fully cleaned - a lot of dust near fridge , gable vent others places well cleaned.
