Liked: Didn't mind the function of the room.the beds need to be updated along eirb the sheets
Disliked: They staff were rude and helpful except for one gentleman (Rodrigo)and young lady. I found the other 2 to be quite upsetting how handle situations that weren't eve. A problem and exaggerated the situation with hostile behavior. And then to be blacklisted for no reason at all was quite the upsetting result and the cowardly way not having any reason when we asked why we had been blacklisted. Poor business ethics by the two staff members, the owner should look into what they are doing when they're not around to keep tabs on them.
