Disliked: The $50 dollar service charge for a smoking room that stinks was insane. I understand they get a lot of construction workers who may damage the room but I’ve been coming for the past few months and never had to pay an extra $50 after I’ve already paid for my room

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: There was thick dust on top of the headboard . My son came to visit and we were told visitors were not allowed. There was a roach that crawled across the wall and I dropped something behind the fridge and when we moved it out to get it the fridge was full of roaches in the back. We also lifted the sheets off for housekeeping as we normally do and there was what appeared to be old blood droplets on the mattress pad
