My stay was horrible

Liked: My day at this property was very horrible. The room smells like mildew and bug spray. There were roaches coming out of the vent. The sheets were dirty. I also took video and pictures. The staff was rude. He said that was the best he had refused me my refund and I end up getting another room somewhere elsewithout using.com
