Liked: It was close to town center and convenient.
Disliked: No tissues, very small sink. Unreliable WiFi.

Disliked: Very small and when we got up to leave there was a cockroach crawling on the dresser

Liked: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was good.
Disliked: The hot water stopped working while I was taking a shower. There is a significant gap under the door that was large enough to allow bugs/rodents in. The lighting in the room was poor.

Liked: The location was great, we were visiting from England UK, initially starting in Gatlinburg and visiting Bryson City just for the night for the polar express which was about a pleasant 15min walk away. Very easy to find and loved how convenient this hotel was. Clean, bed was comfy, a great one night stay
