Liked: Proprietors are wonderful!
Disliked: That you have to pay a deposit. Especially when you stayed there before they know that you leave the room the same or better than it was and they still want a freaking deposit. Unfortunately, I was not able to have the deposit with me and went to the bank to get it, but I only had $14 at the bank and I had to do other important stops and he was upset with me. But I hope he has forgiven me because I did not hurt his room. In fact, I scrubbed the bathroom floor dusted a few items. Anyway, I will stay there again if they will let me.

Won't recommend or stay again

Liked: The bed was comfortable . The TV reception good.
Disliked: The room was dated and shabby. The rear exterior where we were was in a state of disrepair, needed maintenance and cleaning..

Liked: I liked the location and the price. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in room.
Disliked: The rooms are very outdated, the furniture is old. There have been basically no upgrades in 20+ years.There was no decent offering for breakfast.I couldn't tell how clean it was.There was no coffee or coffeemaker in room.I was never told anything about a designated smoking area, as listed.
