Disliked: The air conditioner was not working and the room was unbearably hot. There were no other rooms available, and staff did not have a fan to provide. A refund was not issued for the extreme inconvenience. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Great value for money, friendly...

Liked: Lovely hotel just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito which has loads of bars and restaurants. Room was very modern and clean. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. They also organised a tour to prochida island for us which was a great service too

Decent hotel, good location but...

Liked: Clean and comfortable.Good location near the ferry port.
Disliked: Toilette was not working properly. Breakfast was quite poor: regular basic breakfast were some days there were eggs and sausages, and some days not and no replacement either. Also they provide these pre-baked packaged pancakes which they were expired.
