Liked: Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Hotel is lovely but in need of some TLC. Carpets in room were stained, bathroom falling apart, bedspreads worn etc. Restaurant was OK but a little overpriced. Same for spa.

Relaxing hotel with excellent Italian...

Liked: Third visit to the hotel which is a very traditional Italian villa with character. All staff are friendly but in particular the reception staff are very informative of things to do in the area such as arranging a tour of a Prosecco vineyard and restaurant reservations. Excellent evening meal served on the outside terrace which was beautiful. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and air conditioning worked well.

Perfect, but it could improve!

Liked: Room, hotel und team excellent. But I would have expected more selection at the breakfast, seeing how big the hotel is and how many international guests they have.
Disliked: I would improve the breakfast selection.
