Exceptional

Disliked: I wanted to extend stay for few hours. Staff had 6 rooms to clean and they did not manage to do a single one in 2 hours

Great place to chillout in...

Liked: The spa is very convenient, the breakfast is amazingly tasty, and the room has everything one needs to rest and charge batteries. The location is not in the direct path of tourism which makes it unique and gives added value for those looking for chillout.

Liked: This is a design hotel , we have stayed in the castle ( main building ). The design is really impressive. We had the William Shakespeare room, very nice room, with lot's of nice details, the bathtub is very cool.Nice dinner at the restaurant with cool approach to read the menu :) We were playing with those mirrors the whole evening.To have a Prosecco for breakfast was lovely, but it was only on Sunday :(
Disliked: I was missing the shower or bd in the bathroom.Service charge for everything, I felt it was too much. Overprized parking at the 5 stars hotel.
