Efficient and friendly

Liked: Overall, I really liked the safety of the property. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure the building and guests are safe and follow protocol. I also thought the size of my room was good for a twin 1-person room. Did not feel cramped at all.
Disliked: The check in was a bit late for my liking personally. Wasn’t too convenient when coming in on an early flight.

Value for money

Liked: Room was clean, they would come everyday to clean and exchange towels. Staff was polite.
Disliked: Some things in the room were old, lamp on one side of the bed didn't work at all. Lamps and heater we not securely attached to the wall.

Reasonable stay and secure hotel

Liked: The hotel itself felt very secure and staff were friendly. The size of the room was good and location was very close to public transport.
Disliked: Wasn't the nicest location. The toilet seat lid was broken.

Nice stay at Reims

Liked: The Reims Hotel is well located near Stalingrad metro station. Close to gare du Nord and Este. A nice walk will bring you to Montmartre of the canal. The rooms are quite big for this price range. That’s a definite plus. The staff is helpful and we slept really well. Good matresses and there’s some noise from the street but not too much.
Disliked: There’s some things in the rooms that could be fixed: a new vitrage, our first room had a heater that wouldn’t turn off (they fixed us up in another room immediately though). Just some small repairs would do. Nothing big really.

Will stay here again.

Liked: We have stayed here with a group for a couple of times now. Friendly staff, well maintained rooms and location is ok. 5min walk from metro and 15min from Gare du Nord. Price Quality is good!!
