Ok for a budget hotel....

Disliked: I arrived late at night and I did not know how to check in. I finally figured out that I had to call the main office and get the key code to get my key. I should have read the messages from Booking.com I was not excited to see that my window overlooked a trash dumpster.

Liked: A great hotel for business trips. I have stayed in several Regio Hotels now, and they were all great. The check-in and out was, friendly and efficient. My room was absolutely fine, clean and comfortable and the shower was fantastic! I would definitely stay again and recommend it.
