When room makes a difference

Liked: After some complains we got a better, bigger room with working outlets, lights, but heated towel rail was still broken.Really tasty breakfast.
Disliked: We did not like the initial room that we got, it was too small for three people with oddly shaped layout. A lot of basic stuff was not working - some outlets, lights, heated towel rail, strange moist smell.

Liked: location
Disliked: mould in bathroom, marks on the walls, constant smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vent, neighbouring buildings partying until the morning and being extremely loud and disturbing. Hotel is not 4 star as advertised. Shower/bathroom was tiny and we were unable to get in/out without struggle. Not a great value for money.

Value for money

Liked: Particularly liked the bed in the room, super comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Excellent service!
Disliked: There is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, particularly from the shower drain, which emits a very strong smell. As a result, we made sure to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. We had seen similar comments in previous reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise, but the positives of our stay outweighed this issue.
