You can find better Hotels...

Liked: The only good thing about this Hotel is the location and proximity to metro stations, the rest is very average.
Disliked: The staff were extremely dismissive. The room had no AC despite advertising it did. When we asked about the AC unit not working, we were basically ignored and told that it was "off" for the entire Hotel because it's a colder month, and to open the window? This is not normal at all. We did open the window on the first night and because there are bars downstairs, the street noise travels up to the room. Then the next night it rained, so do we keep the windows open again? It was bizarre. The cleaning of the room could have been much better too. There are many Hotels in Paris, you can find better than this one. The value is simply not there for what they offer.

Liked: It was clean, good location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Two bedroom apartment was two separate bedrooms with an open courtyard in between. Not one unit. Doors difficult to open and shut. Bed close to draping curtains which was a tripping hazard in one of the rooms. Safe place high and not secure which could fall on someone.

Liked: Great location, clean room with comfort beds and pillows , perfect healthy nutritious breakfast, friendly professional staff, special thanks to Abdelaziz from the reception and his colleagues.
Disliked: The room is missing a mini bar, but everything was ok

Liked: Showers have good water pressure. Bed is large. Breakfast buffet is generous but bland.
Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel. The front desk didn’t have a wall charger adapter which even 3 star hotels will provide. The room is next to a very noisy street full of drunks on one side and a noisy elevator on the other. Location is a rough neighbourhood and difficult to get to main attractions.
