Our stay was comfort

Liked: Great location, clean room with comfort beds and pillows , perfect healthy nutritious breakfast, friendly professional staff, special thanks to Abdelaziz from the reception and his colleagues.
Disliked: The room is missing a mini bar, but everything was ok

Liked: Showers have good water pressure. Bed is large. Breakfast buffet is generous but bland.
Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel. The front desk didn’t have a wall charger adapter which even 3 star hotels will provide. The room is next to a very noisy street full of drunks on one side and a noisy elevator on the other. Location is a rough neighbourhood and difficult to get to main attractions.

Disliked: The room was not as advertised by booking,com it was not the size advertised, nor did it have any connection with the images on line and I shall be raising a complaint; plus the shower was broken, the bedside lamp was broken, we had no lights other than the man light so no chance of relaxing after sun down... walls were stained, storage area was not big enough for three people as well as being badly damaged... and to top it off, in the morning we received absolutely no natural light at all .... appalling... to top it off, we commented and were offered a change of room which never happened (and unlikely we would accept as it would have taken precious time out of our already full program BUT the guy at the reception hadn't even passed the massage to anyone... just shockingWe have both traveled a lot, and my partner is a genius level 3 with booking.com and this hotel is no where near a 4* hotel... previously we have found their description relatively accurate... our expectation where raised and not met at all...

When room makes a difference

Liked: After some complains we got a better, bigger room with working outlets, lights, but heated towel rail was still broken.Really tasty breakfast.
Disliked: We did not like the initial room that we got, it was too small for three people with oddly shaped layout. A lot of basic stuff was not working - some outlets, lights, heated towel rail, strange moist smell.
