Liked: Friendly staff. We were able to park our car. Good restaurant.
Disliked: Doesn’t feel like 5 stars at all, outdated.

Disliked: Steam room wasn’t hot enough and spa needed another changing room. Bed was comfy but wasn’t impressed by the fact that two single mattresses were used to make a double. At the very least it needed an adequate mattress topper. As a five star hotel I would expect a proper bed.

Excellent except for the ambiguous...

Liked: We loved almost everything about this hotel. The reception, staff, service, rooms, breakfast and location met our expectations. Excellent.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the pool is described “Please note that the heated outdoor swimming pool is open from May to October.” We stayed the first weekend in October and found the pool was not heated and the water was extremely cold. This was very disappointing.
