Excellent except for the ambiguous...

Liked: We loved almost everything about this hotel. The reception, staff, service, rooms, breakfast and location met our expectations. Excellent.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the pool is described “Please note that the heated outdoor swimming pool is open from May to October.” We stayed the first weekend in October and found the pool was not heated and the water was extremely cold. This was very disappointing.

Stylish place with the best...

Liked: I stayed at the Regina hotel for a week, it was the best decision! The hotel is incredible and well curated. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was very attentive and kind! I want to give special thanks to Maïa, Jehan, and Leila! They were exceptionally delicate and always went above and beyond to help. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. It also was quiet in the room, even with the fact that it’s facing the highway. Biarritz is wonderful on its own, but Regina made my trip so much better. Without this hotel and its wonderful staff, my vacation wouldn’t have been as memorable. Grand merci, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!Also the wooden and concrete tables were my favourite details :)
