Disliked: It was too close to bars, couldn't sleep because of the loud music going into late in the morning.

Liked: Great location, nice mineral pool, room was good.
Disliked: Noisy air con and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Very bad nights sleep as a result.

Didnt stay, wont everstay!

Disliked: Room wasnt made up, alternative room offered was dark & dreary. Staff were not particularly helpful. Decided to stay elsewhere. Found out 2 days later you tried to charge our credit card after we were told you wouldnt. Fawlty Towers has nothing on this place!

Nice stay and would stay...

Liked: Great room and facilities.
Disliked: Not the best reception- When checking in the lady said we were not booked - but she thought we were checking in for dinner instead of checking into the hotel- bit scary when you’ve driven for 4 hours on Christmas Day.Poached eggs at breakfast were hard which was a bit disappointing for an award winning restaurant.

Exceptionally helpful staff, especially concierge.

Liked: Good selection for the continental breakfast which was what we had. Local Bread was delicious, more fresh fruit would be good.
