Lovely hotel but loud

Liked: Always love The Regent Hotel when travelling from Calgary. Clean, great location and lovely staff.
Disliked: This hotel has been my favourite for many years, but this stay I experienced the loudest people ever screaming in the street outside our window until late at night. The pub was loud and full of people yelling and partying to a point it was uncomfortable. This was the first time I had not had dinner at the pub while in Revelstoke. We were it in a room right beside the elevator and heard people coming and going in the hallways until late. We did not have a good sleep. Parking lot was full and no parking for people booked in the hotel. I hope this is not normal for the quiet quaint lovely hotel I have known for many years.

Liked: Decent sized king room. Good location, albeit can be a bit noisy with the pub downstairs (but the pub and restaurant we both good)
Disliked: No coffee facilities in the room, took 2 days to get a bathrobe. As there is a hot tub onsite, it should be standard to have bathrobes in the rooms.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Beds were super comfy. Nice bar/restaurant right on the premises. Hot tub is great.

Fantastic location, staff and breakfast

Liked: The location is great and you can easily walk anywhere in town. Very comfortable beds and linens. Nice bathroom products. And the best breakfast and staff!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.
