Disliked: There was black mold in the shower. Bathroom needs a lot of attention.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Owners should be absolutely ashamed to rent rooms to guests and this place should be shut down. Looked like the place has never been cleaned, we found mold in the shower + rusted shower head and small beard hair clippings all over the sink. Bugs in the freezer part of fridge in room and nats flying around the room. Scratches all over the wood furniture like someone clawed at it and stains on the sheets. Broken window with glass everywhere by the front office. Power turned off for a few minutes the morning before we checked out. Owner didn’t speak a word to me at check in and just ran my card and pointed in direction of room. People walking around that seemed sketchy.

Bad

Disliked: The room was absolutely dirty. We got in late and the floors were dirty with foot prints the table had crumbs and small curly hairs, the beds had burn holes and didn't smell washed. There was something on the walls next to the garbage can. It was awful. We left after 30 mins of being in the room.

Liked: clean, comfortable, great wifi, nice people.
Disliked: I liked everything

Exceptional

Liked: Nicole soda and the Venus is around it with Winn-Dixie Dollar tree checkers Walgreens other restaurants like China feast and you can get you cold soda at the window from Ms Patel and family
Disliked: I like everything there is no dislike p.s no deposit required like a lot of the other hotels want you to put $100 up for deposit this one do not charge you any deposit at all

Comfort and convenience for you...

Liked: You have Winn-Dixie you have Walgreens you have checkers you have Dollar tree you have China feast you have Chevron you have dunkin' donuts you have the auto parts store it's comfort and convenience that's why I pay a little higher for this hotel and the people who own it are very nice and friendly
Disliked: I like everything about this hotel both see the family the Indian they work hard they keep the rooms nice and clean I don't have to put $100 to post like all your other hotels out here and the prices are $10 high but it's worth it when you don't have to wait 10 to 12 days to get your deposit back like the development over and off my springs they might be $10 less but you got to go through hassles and stuff to get your money back

Regency Inn nightmare.

Liked: Was close to stores and restaurants
Disliked: The rooms were very dated, holes in walls, electrical socket hanging out of walls, power not working on one side of room, rust on shower floor. Broken refrigerator bugs in room, bed comforter not clean and cigarette burns in them and smelled of drugs. I tried 4 different rooms to get a better room accommodations it just kept getting worse. I couldn't stay was not acceptable accommodations. They had a no refund policy so I couldn't get my money back. Worse place I have ever booked.
