Liked: Great value for money. Room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best bang for your buck stay in Cornwall. Bed was comfortable and washroom was well supplied.

Liked: Location was good. No breakfast served.
Disliked: Coffee maker broken, lock on window broken, phone broken. Took water from bathroom tap 15 min to warm up.

Disliked: No hot water - took almost 20 min to get any hot water for a shower.

Think twice

Liked: Generally the room was ok. Comfortable beds and chairs.
Disliked: They have air conditioning with a controller but the thermostat for heat was removed. Floor was just cleaned, but baseboards hadn't seen water in years. Shower was faulty and came apart in my hands. Drapery was not blackout curtains yet the outside light stays on all night lighting the room like a 60 watt bulb. One bed wasn't attached to wall so you couldn't sit up in bed without it rolling away.
