Good hotel for one night. We would stay again.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: If I have to put something, outdated bedding.

Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was even kept open longer than expected which was great after a late night!

Liked: Very clean; great location; reasonably priced; large bathroom with the king bed room; spacious room.

Liked: -Nice staff-Proximity to beaches and restaurants, all walkable-Heated indoor pool
Disliked: -Room was musty smelling-Two lights were broken-Tv worked but was broken/damaged-No decor (pictures, mirrors, etc); it felt empty and sad-No hangers even though there was a valet hook

Pay a little extra and...

Liked: Good location and room was decent for a beach hotel. The bed was very stiff and pillows were terrible.
Disliked: It definitely felt like there was a good portion of rooms with people/families living there. Witnessed drug use, multiple work vehicles taking up many parking spots, kids running around late at night, etc. If this is a type of hotel that has long-term residents, that should be clearly stated.

Liked: The property is very clean and located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars also easy walk across A1A to the ocean
Disliked: No breakfast but honestly I would rather have a reasonable price on the room and get breakfast next door at Little Margies which is a small family owned restaurant

Liked: The lady at the desk was nice.
Disliked: Roaches and the bed was absolutely horrible.

Clean not fancy but great...

Liked: Go to place when in ST Augustine. Always a great value and nice location. Not fancy but clean
Disliked: Nothing
