Disliked: The jacuzzi was broken to where the plug wouldn’t rise to let water out . The water had to drain slowly. Also the water looked very orange it was very unpleasant

Liked: Well the place really wasn't bad to stay in it was pretty decent but I paid for 10 nights and on the 10th day because they were repairing something at my house on the 10th day I work from home so I have to have internet on the 10th day the internet was not working for some reason and I went down I had to check out early that day and I went down and asked her if she could refund that day because obviously I need internet and she said she wasn't going to give me a refund I even got booking.com to call them and they even hung up the phone on booking.com and said they were not going to discuss it with them so honestly the people that run it really suck and I would not go there if I were you because they're greasy or Internet doesn't work and you can't give me a refund after I've spent $1,200 with you that's really sad

Horrible experience

Liked: The location was very convenient.
Disliked: For starters when we walked in to the room it was very warm and musty smelling. Went to the bathroom and there were several dead roaches on the floor. There was dirt on the floor around the spa tub. The water was very brown in the spa tub. After running it for a little bit it cleared up but when I turned on the jets there was black stuff pouring out of them so I decided to take a bath in the tub only to turn the water on and found absolutely no water pressure and what looked like pure blood came out. After a few minutes, it cleared so I quickly rinsed off and got out. Upon grabbing a towel I noticed the towels were very stained. We then decided to go to bed and the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable beds I'd ever slept in. My back hurt so bad the next morning I couldn't hardly move. When I went to check out the clerk was very rude and wanted to argue with me. So needless to say we will NEVER be staying at this place again. And yes we said something but was told all transactions were final and no refunds allowed.
