Don’t stay here, it’s not...

Liked: Location was great, easy access to local supermarkets. Parking on site.
Disliked: Property was not clean. Floor in bathroom had a coat of dust as well as all the window sills and old finger prints on windows. Fly facies all over the ceiling. Linen has black and/or yellow stains on all the beds. Spare blankets were dirty. Room sleeps 3 but only had enough cutlery towels etc for 2. Tidiness and presentation of the yard was terrible. Manager/owner was pushy with other guests forcing them to give a good review and actually selected options on their phones himself. I would not rebook to stay here ever again. Cleanliness levels are definitely not up to any healthy standard or even bare minimum.

Taking the kid to coldplay

Liked: Had no choice but to book so far from CBD due to exorbitant prices closer to Eden Park. Friendly and helpful staff here, which was great. Also nice and quiet area.
Disliked: Thin walls. Minor inconveniences such as having to move the microwave to a different outlet due to a fault, bathroom sliding door a pain to open/close as the rollers are worn out.

Horrible

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was dirty, there was no shampoo conditioner or body wash. Booked for 3 adults but was only one bed and towels etc for 2 people. No remote for the tv and the room smelt like piss. The second door didn’t lock and the bed was rock hard. Due to a concert in the area we paid over $800 for two nights. I would have received a better room at a $50 hostel.

Disliked: The place is very run down and the beds are as hard as concrete , it needs a good clean and the grounds are very run down.we complained about our room and we're shown to more rooms that were not suitable so we went elsewhere and lost our money. booking. com need to have a look at these places and remove them off there site.

Disliked: Was not very clean at all smelt like pee the bathroom had not been cleaned including the toilet. The room was completely different then advertised and we booked for 3 people but was only set up for 2 people. Staff could barely speak English.
