Great location but cleaning could...

Liked: Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen set up was good.
Disliked: Cleanliness could have been better, hair in the shower, floor should have been cleaned and toilet and a roller blind was broken. Sheets only provided for the sofa bed on asking. Bed hard as rock! Room doors really need to have soft closing hinges installed as people slamming them at all hours wasn't great.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to find us a room that suited our needs. The location was handy for what we needed. The parking was easy. The shower was very nice.
Disliked: It could have been a lot cleaner, the floors were very dusty and it just didn't feel very clean. Window sills, under beds etc hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.

Liked: The rooms were tidy
Disliked: The bed was so hard it felt we slept on the floor. We booked this place because it offered a cot, but when we got there, it was a broken portacot that kept collapsing. It didn't even have prope cot sheets! They just put down a folded up bedsheet that didn't tuck in so baby could get tangled. The TV was so cheap we couldn't hear a thing. No Aircon. There were fans for cooling but the feet were so damaged they became a safety issue for our little one. The wifi was shared to all rooms and not isolated, so I could see all the devices from other guests on the network.
