Liked: Location.
Disliked: So many renovations are needed. Stairs were blocked off. Walls and doors were tattered and needed repair. Beds were hard. Fridge was barely cool.

Good location, however...

Liked: Very hot water, strong water pressure, and a roomy shower.
Disliked: Room had roaches, floor wasn't as clean as it should be. The vent for the bathroom was hanging off the wall. No chair for the desk. Curtain partially blocked the heater. No coat hangers and broken rack. Stained couch cushions. Top blanket needs to be replaced as it had holes in it. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. No DnD sign for door, security latch broken on door. Dresser handles loose or not attached at all.
