Comfortable room, friendly staff.

Liked: Rooms had recently been redone and were very clean.
Disliked: The nearest restaurant was 2 miles away… Not really within walking distance, and we didn’t have a car. The complementary breakfast was pretty sparse, just bananas and packaged pastries and coffee.

Liked: When trying to book 3 rooms in KY, for whatever reason, the site I was on, sent my reservations to Lincoln, IL I called the hotel right away and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and to call secure booking directly. (Which I did.) The gentleman man I talked to said he would speak to the Hotel in Lincoln and since it was a computer error there shouldn’t be a problem. Well obviously there was a problem because I was charged for three rooms for one night. If this problem cannot be resolved, I will no longer use secure.booking.com as a favored booking site.
