Disliked: McDonalds downstairs is a magnet for young, loud groups on a Friday and Saturday night unfortunately.

Disliked: We were stuck in the lift for an hour and a half on the second day of our stay. We got breakfast vouchers - however the voucher value did not cover the full cost of breakfast for a family of 5 ordering a meal each with a coffee/juice). Towards the end of our stay the other lift broke down - thankfully we were not in it this time.While I understand that these things can happen I would have thought more could have been done in terms of compensating our family ie a portion of the accommodation fee refunded (say $200-$300). But the manager made it clear that I was lucky to be given the breakfast vouchers. This was disappointing given this was our third stay at Reflections over the last 5-6 years.Also, the TV would not connect to Wi-Fi even after the technicians looked at it. The technicians were trying everything and were very courteous and apologetic but with three children it would have been nice to be able to stream their shows at night as was advertised on the check-in instructions, but unfortunately could not be fixed.If we were not paying peak season rates I may not have been as annoyed, but $4,600 is a not cheap for 6 x nights so I would have expected better customer service for that amount of money.

Fantastic unit with amazing ocean...

Liked: The unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. Just bring your clothes and food and you are set.I would go back and stay in this unit anytime.

Liked: The position and view were excellent.
Disliked: The fans in the lounge area and second bedroom did not work. Also the fan lights in the lounge did not work. The unit overlooks Greenmount Beach which is directly across the road from Reflections on the Sea. Coolangatta Beach is further along.

Great views and staff

Liked: Great security, big units, good bathrooms, great view.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, hallway areas smelt. People tried to get into lobby, who were not staying at units, left to guests to negotiate this which could be uncomfortable especially for younger teens.

Liked: Great location with spectacular views. Spacious apartment perfect for our family of 4. Good amenities on site.
