Ideal location but in need...

Liked: Location is perfect for the Lego house and billund. Nice breakfast. Nice danish style. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Rooms were tired and in need of renovation. Although cute and quirky hotel was very expensive for what you get. Our room smelt constantly of potatoes for some reason. Shower rooms tired and our room tiny.

Excellent hospitality

Liked: Friendly with wonderful hospitality. Excellent breakfasts. Delicious chocolates that went up & beyond to make our stay memorable.
Disliked: Steep short spiral stairs and small bedroom.

Conviently located to the Lego...

Liked: The hotel was nicely decorated and designed. Good breakfast with sufficient options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made the stay much more comfortable!

Liked: Loved the hotel, the staff were amazing the room perfect and outstanding facilities. Perfect location for everything Lego!

Great location and hotel

Liked: We arrived at the hotel and staff were friendly. Although, I would advise telling customers where to go rather than just giving a key and expecting them to find there way. Room was clean and basic but had all the essentials. Great location for the Lego house, literally across the road. We also ate in the restaurant, food was delicious. Breakfast was great and had options to suit all, gluten free, veggie/vegan and all options of milk.
Disliked: I would have loved and English breakfast tea but none on offer.
