Liked: Location, cleanliness, historic building, charming and efficient staff.
Disliked: The dinner: meat was tough and all of it was over salted. Breakfast was very good.

very warm place to stay.

Liked: location is super good. Room is clean, and staffs are very friendly. feel like home.
Disliked: bed is too soft.

Liked: Location. Welcoming staff. Great on site restaurant. Close to Lego house. Same day laundry service
Disliked: Needed to keep windows open at times as the room was a bit musty

Overall stay was good but...

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Expensive and had to downgrade without a refund. As soon as I arrived I was told that a party was going to be held close to my room which I had recently upgraded. Had no choice but to downgrade again. No refund was given though. Charged for an upgraded room and didn’t get it
