Liked: Stunning Yarra Valley location, beautiful accommodation and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Amazing balcony view and delicious breakfast made the stay perfect.
Disliked: Restaurant and bar was closed for a private wedding function this was a little disappointing but didn’t ruin the stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good but the attitude of the waitress that served me on 13/10/24 was not satisfactory for an early morning . Thank you .
Disliked: There is no facility , maybe to have a gym will be good .

Liked: Beautiful modern hotel, large rooms, gorgeous views and complimentary tastings
Disliked: Language barrier caused issues in terms of having to repeat myself several times for every question or request I had. Our room service order was sent to us incorrectly after having to repeat the order over 5 times, and any question I asked was not answered or understood. Room service menu was also quite poor in comparison to other hotels. If they can improve on this, then the hotel would be excellent to stay at.

Disliked: Breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Eggs served with bread (not toast) with over cooked bacon and unseasoned eggs. A room service menu would have been nice. As would a corkscrew and basic cutlery being already in the room
