Liked: The bed was comfy.Rooms are clean and decorated nicely.Staff were really lovely.Pool area clean.
Disliked: We stay here regularly, and normally have no issues..The radiator in our room did not work, and it was -1 outsideThere were however, two oil heaters in our wardrobe instead, which did warm the room, but they were both very unstable. One had 3 feet missing and the other one, so they weren't really safe for use.The bathroom had been cleaned ok, but there was old mold all along the shower screen, around the bath taps, shiower handle, and on the bottom of the tiles.The bar was very, very cold as the aircon was on (air-conditioning when it's below zero outside?) with only some of the radiators luke warm, as the others are apparently not working.Bar food, not that great for the price. The cheese was all dried up on my partners burger, as it must of been stood for some time.

Disliked: The hotel was cold.Went into retreat lounge before dinner sat in chair to find it wet The restaurant was like a takeaway shop,waited 25 minutes for drinks, starters were cold cancelled rest of the meal. Some of the staff extremely rude

Disliked: How busy it was and we got turned away from spa we booked hotel for the swimming pool having kids, had to wait 30 mins, when we did go in it was far to busy, also had to wait at bar for 20 mins for a drink

Disliked: Room was right at top of building away from facilities with lots of stairs (no lift) and I struggled with my knee and out of breath - wasn't the relaxing break we hoped it would be.
