Amazing place and friendly hosts

Liked: Amazing ambiance, a truly enjoyable breakfast, wonderful room, and very friendly hosts make this an truly exceptional experience.
Disliked: Moving the car from parking requires that one moves in reverse - as long as one is comfortable 'backing out' towards the street, it's not an issue.

Liked: Easily access from the bus line and a walkable distance to the falls. The space was clean and cozy and our room was lovely. Our hosts were very communicative and responsive!

Calm, relaxing vacation. Worry free

Liked: Paris room w balcony was perfect. The breakfasts were amazing; different every day. There is a fridge and microwave in dining room for our leftovers and take outs. Walk to 2nd waterfall was 1 1/2 miles and pleasant. The owners are the best; friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to return.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely hosts, the Paris room is exceptional, very clean and comfortable, terrific location, having experienced it, we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Niagara Falls.
Disliked: A small criticism is that it would be better if they gave a choice of breakfast in the morning, whilst the cooked breakfast was excellent, I might have preferred just yoghurt, granola and toast one morning, however, this is a small point.

Our stay was wonderful and...

Liked: Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and the location was perfect! We were within walking distance of the falls and right on the bus line. The room was beautiful.

Disliked: Squeaky floors, but it’s a pretty old house.
