Good value good location

Liked: Convenient location free parking pub and bars near by , reception staff in morning nice .Good value .
Disliked: On arrival we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned with unchanged bedding with blood and hair on them . I complained and was moved to a nicer room . Food in adjoining pub was good and reasonable.Hotel needs tidying up. The rooms could do with a refurb . 10am Sunday check should be 11as bare minimum.

Comfortable reasonably priced

Liked: Stayed for crufts. Comfortable beds, was quiet and slept well. Good price although £15 for dogs
Disliked: Needs to buy some hg mould spray for bathroom, would fix the mouldy seals straight away

Liked: Easy parking, friendly staff, requested ground floor got ground floor, easy access to the pub for good food.
Disliked: Bathroom generally clean but def a bit manky could do with deep clean, could do with hoover under bed, peephole had no cover on, walls thin - noisy neighbours! (neighbours obviously not hotel fault but really don't think we should be hearing that much!) Asked for pet friendly nothing sent to us or that we read mentioned £15 charge for dog per night with lots of rules and tbh dog was cleaner than the floor under the bed!
