Liked: Great hotel — felt like home!We stayed at this hotel with our child and really enjoyed it. Everything was very clean, cozy, and felt like home. The room was spacious, with lovely lighting that created a warm atmosphere. Right across the street, there’s a plaza with various shops, including one that’s open 24/7. The staff was polite and friendly. We liked everything and would definitely come back!

Disliked: Room 215 had bed bugs and they refused to give me back my money only stay from 12 am to 430 am because of the bed bugs

Liked: I didn't stay, the staff informed me that the room i reserved wasn't available due to repairs. The place looked isolated around 2:30 PM. i saw one car in the under building parking and it looked in need of some repairs. The exterior looked run down.
Disliked: Didn't like anything I saw.
