Disliked: Many functions of the hotel were understaffed (front desk, lobby bar, restaurant).

Not worth price

Liked: Clean, Frendly
Disliked: Was old and smelled in hallway. Beds very small for queens . Roof top nice but still kinda small. Totally not worth the money I paid for room.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Great location. Big,clean room. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Every thing was great. I would definitely stay again.

Liked: Clean, welcoming and super helpful. We did have a minor issue but it was very quickly resolved with no effort on my part,. also I did not feel like a burden to the staff if I needed anything. they were truly wonderful!

Liked: Location, rooftop bar, overall quiet/ peace of the hotel
Disliked: Could have been cleaner in some respects. Specifically baseboards, walls, light switches. Also some areas really could use new paint.

Hotel was wonderful, breakfast was...

Liked: Loved the hotel and its history. Perfect for a couples night in Birmingham.
Disliked: I was under the impression that the breakfast would be included for the price we paid for one nights stay. Instead we paid almost $40 for a buffet style breakfast that we could have spent on better food somewhere else in Birmingham.
