Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

Liked: Room was very small but when in New York City the room is used for sleeping.

Liked: So close to everything, clean and easy to stay. Felt very safe as a solo traveller and the bag drop is sooo useful!

Great location, spotless room

Liked: Property was easy to locate. The room was very clean and house keeper came every day which was great. Terrace available to guests. Multiple subway stations in vicinity. Staff all polite and friendly. Very quiet on 10th floor. Bed very comfortable!

Great and peacefull

Liked: I believe the property location was great and the staff were extremely friendly and great, including Andy and Suzanne.
Disliked: The room wasn’t as big as I expected but I didn’t spend much time in the room for the price i paid but the price out weighed the staff interaction and helpfulness a lot and i would definitely go back and stay there.
