Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

Liked: Super clean rooms, with free coffee, tea and hot water available 24/7. Staff were so welcoming and lovely. In a great part of lower east side.

One of the very few...

Liked: We were on the 4th floor which was quiet. Though the neighborhood looks sketchy, it felt safe, well located and “entertaining”. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and well supplied. Liked that they had a staffed lobby. Liked that they had good bedside outlets.
Disliked: Only wish they had a chair or folding suitcase stand in the room.
