Liked: I like how clean the room was and comfortable. Shower pressure decent. They have a microwave and fridge. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were affordable, not too overpriced. It's conveniently near so many restaurants and shopping centers. They also have an outside patio and gym. Love being able to park two vehicles for free that was a bonus.
Disliked: The staff wasn't as friendly or inviting. One girl in particular looked and acted as if she hated her job. She was unnecessarily rude and lacked professional work ethics. When working the front desk, it's best to have people who know how to make the guest feel welcomed and seen. That's what keeps them coming back, hotels are all about hospitality, and this hotel doesn't have it.
