Disliked: absolutely incredibly infested with cockroaches visible in everywhere people on drugs all around urine in the elevator

Liked: I arrived at 10. Then had to wait 45 mins to check in because the staff couldn’t figure out how to check everyone in and then they told me my room is not available anymore!!! This is despite me paying for it.I had to go and find another hotel at 10pm.How do I contact someone about being reimbursed? I’ve emailed red roof but had no reply.

Liked: Out dated decor. Smoke alarms had to be disconnected would not sop beeping.,ask the front desk to change our room she said she couldn't.,had no maintenance on the property.,,people lingerie in the elevator areas children everywhere playing
