Disliked: Strange towel policy. Only allowed 2 per room. Could not get an extra towel until you returned the dirty one. Girls need an extra towel for their hair! I went to Walmart and bought my own towels

If your thinking of booking...

Liked: This was my second stay at the Red Roof Plus+ , both times were unpleasant . The first time after a long drive and arriving to the facility i was met with a very disrespectful/unhelpful receptionist .. The room wasn’t cleaned properly with blood stains in my sheets (in both beds)..after bringing this to the young lady attention who works the front desk , she gave me such a hard time !! Telling me she can’t give me new sheets because housekeeping took the key for the night , (I knew she was lying and just didn’t wanna help) , she also told me she can’t switch my rooms or do anything to help me , “I won’t be refunded”… The second time which was this weekend (March 21’st-March 23rd) upon arrival and after checking in I immediately seen a roach in the restroom . I seen more then 4 roaches in my room my entire stay!! god forbid you shut the lights off in the room that’s when alllll the roaches come out , it’s quite disgusting.. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again , I’m also reporting them to the third party company I booked it through .. All the money you spend with these establishments for a comfortable clean stay & you get literally the OPPOSITE!!

Great stay, even better value...

Liked: Everything was great. Clean, beds were comfortable, linens nice, towels nice. The room had recommendations for local food delivery. The only negative is that it is located a good way from I-95. It's not right off the freeway but then again the price reflected that. For the money and because we were not in a hurry driving a little further wasn't an issue. Also, there was no additional charge for having my cat. That is a huge plus!!
Disliked: Nothing, it was great.
