Disliked: I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. The staff was not very helpful, and the check-in process took much longer than expected. This negatively impacted my experience. I hope they can improve their service for future guests.

Liked: Young lady was on the stairs naked was not a good look coming from south Carolina to stay there .. so I asked for a refund and went down the street to Harbor side hotel!

A comfortable night in Oxon...

Liked: Neat and clean with comfortable bed and facilities
Disliked: Service at front desk was very slow, but I do not think this was the fault of the person staffing it. She went above and beyond to help me when I was there. My impression was that they were short staffed. The TV in my room did not work, but I reported it.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants etc
Disliked: A lot of things were either falling apart or broken . Ice machine broke , air conditioning unit falling apart, hot water took forever to get hot
