Don't trust this place!!!

Disliked: I did not like the front desk person using their keycard coming into our room while we were sleeping after midnight. I did not like them telling me he didn't finish checking us in right and wanted me to open the door. Thank god we had the inside lock latched. Everything about the situation was sketchy! As someone with PTSD with unlocked doors, he violated my safety and my sisters. Didn't help that there were sex trafficking warnings hanging in the elevator either. We had to put a chair under the door handle to try to go back to sleep. Never going back!

Liked: The bed linen was dirty and stained. I requested new sheets and offered to change the bed myself, but I was informed that no clean linen was available. I was transferred to a new room, but the guests next door were smoking in the room and walkway. According to their policy, the facility is a smoke-free property. **Update: after complaining, I was refunded the total cost of the booking. I had stayed there several times before with no problem and usually brought my own linen.
Disliked: The guest follows the policy and friendly service when checking in. There should be extra clean linen available 24 hours.
