It was not a good...

Liked: After driving 12 hours good to be able to park in from of ground floor room.
Disliked: l am an elderly female with health issues travelling alone. Because of this, when I pre-booked online I requested a ground floor room and received a reply indicating okay. When I got to the hotel I was told no ground floor rooms were available. When I said I could not stay in an upstairs room clerk checked and found a ground floor room at the rear of the building. It was in a sketchy area, very dimly lit and noisy. Feeling unsafe, I double locked the door and propped a chair against it - I did not have a good night's sleep. The room was okay but not very clean in some areas, the bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows were hard as rocks. The coffee machine in the office had only flavored or presweetened cream. I don't take sugar so no coffee to start the day.

Liked: Location was good, room was very nice. Most of staff very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: No on-site manager! Some of front desk attendants were very rude. Didn't have the proper dates from reservation! I ended up paying more than regular rates. No one would assist me in correctly fixing the bill !!
