I love this place!!

Liked: My dream has always been to visit NYC. When I was diagnosed with cancer my family and I hopped in the car and made the trip. I booked through booking.com and got an exceptional rate. The location and hotel was amazing. It was even on the water with a little gazebo which was nice. The staff were great.
Disliked: I did not like that booking and the hotel charged a deposit. Usually when using booking the deposit if included there's not usually another. The coke machine was not accepting cards other than that everything was perfect.

Good value for your money....

Liked: I enjoyed our stay at Red Roof Plus. I like the location because it is close to American Dream and Secaucus Junction. The staff are very friendly and accommodating too. Price is reasonable compared to the exaggerated NY hotels price. I will definitely come back here whenever i visit the city.

Liked: Disappointed, no microwave, no refrigerator, had I known that was a special request I would of paid for it, after all I purchased insurance for one night only and oh course paid the 53 dollar deposit...and left a tip , cause that's who I am, I haven't received my deposit back yet, it was not explained that it would take days to get 53 dollar deposit back on my debit. Usually you get your deposit back up on check out, never again!! And I left at 6 30 am, for work, I got there like ten pm wow nothing could be dirty in the room I tipped because hell all we did was get maybe fours of sleep and it was noisy upstairs. Some nice staff, but where is breakfast??? That water u call coffee in a lil shot glass ...no way! Motels offer a microwave I mean come on, who wants to come off the second floor to lobby to use microwave. Staff was ok this morning before I left that is. Simple

Liked: Just like a city, the hotel offered a nice outlook on the environment.
Disliked: Has to be a bit renovated. Change the bathrooms and cleaner rugs.
