reasonable hotel for a few...

Liked: On arrival, the desk employee made a mistake by using a reservation from someone else. By that, we were charged double. When we checked out, the lady taking the reception on that day, was really supportive and corrected the payments.The location of the hotel is in a quiet environment, which was good for us, after busy and crowded days in Manhattan.
Disliked: It is all quite old, but working ok.We were lucky to have that lady at the reception on the last day, that helped us out with the payments. The reception employees on the days before the check-out, did pay attention to our problem, but didn't solve the issues.

Liked: Great location. Price reflects the accommodation. The place was not new but reasonably clean and staff was friendly.
