Disliked: Armed guard and migrants. We were woken up several times and felt UNSAFE. No warning??

It was the worst hotel...

Disliked: The hotel is basically a glorified homeless shelter. There were people who looked as if they were high hanging out in front and in the parking lot. There were also people in front of the hideous entrance smoking constantly. The front desk was surrounded by bulletproof glass and there were security guards. The website should have advised us that we were being placed in a homeless shelter. I was appalled. The worst thing was that there were two live roaches in our room . I was shocked that this hotel is associated with RedRoof and its larger hotel group. It was disgusting.
