Liked: Convenient and decent price
Disliked: My room smelled like a pet kennel and there was pet food nuggets on bathroom floor, in doorway to bathroom and around room. The shower wall was damaged and hair in tub. I did not book a pet room nor did I have a pet. I was too tired and had a few hours to get on my flight so I didn't bother asking for a new room. Also one of the lights would just flash when I turned it on like it was a wifi bulb

Will definitely use again

Liked: Didn’t do the breakfast, but the room was very comfortable and easy to access
Disliked: Nothing, all was fine

Disliked: Awful smell coming up out of the bathroom drain. The bed was so hard a rock. Left with back aches.

Disliked: Coffee maker in my room did not work the pillow case had a stain on it and the tub was not that clean. For the price over all it’s was ok and it was private. Order room service the tacos was so small and they were nasty will never order room service aging the food was warm/cold for the price of it was not worth it.

Liked: It was everything we expected from an Airport Inn. The beds were more comfy than expected, ad the checkin was fast and easy. They were also very kind and on call if we needed anything!
Disliked: The rooms definitely could be renovated, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. But honestly for the price, it was completely fine!

My stay at the hotel...

Liked: I was charged the normal rate due to you company sending me an email stating that my reservation had been canceled. This was due to my arrival time being in the middle of the night. I accept that but being charged again for your reservation that you canceled is going to far. You should refund that charged due to me paying the hotel normal rates.
Disliked: Keep better track of your reservation that have been canceled
