Did not have one of our bookings. Took over an hour to check in because of this. Room had trash in the trash can.

Disliked: Room wasn't ready by checkin; trash in front of my door when we first got to the room; front desk wasn't concerned about why I wanted the main office # to try to resolve anything. Not enough towels in the room. It felt like we were in the ghetto at a budget inn. Never again will I stay in a Red Roof Inn - I'd rather sleep in my car than receive poor service with my hard earned money.

Exceptional

Liked: We had a very roomy room, and it & the bathroom were clean & comfortable. It had a mini-fridge, microwave & small coffeemaker. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant & helpful. The grounds were well-kept & I especially enjoyed the pond out front with a group of ibises around it. The location was a perfect stopover for our road trip.

Disliked: There wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom to get dressed and the bathroom was not clean ~ there was something spattered on the walls
