Disliked: The environment was a lil off to me

Liked: I cannot say anything positive except they had an elevator to access the second floor.
Disliked: I am disabled person who uses a wheelchair and other medical devices. A family member for the first time went to speak to someone about getting extra towels and asked the room number and why. For the second time we went back down there to speak to someone. Then leading us to be kicked out because I discovered bed bugs. I noticed roaches and stain sheets and other pour quality of cleaning. That a family member went to speak to the manager about issues. We were told to leave the property. That we were accusing us of bringing in the bed bugs. Was very disappointed and extremely difficult for leaving such a short notice. The family member was trying to shower. That was trying to get clean and was sitting on the toilet. Because of my disability I was waiting for assistance to try to get rinsed off because there were no grab bars. Had to get help stepping over the bathtub. Hold on to their arm almost slipped so placed towels on the side bath tub where I can sit and get rinsed. That I was stressing out. When a family member was delivery the message told them that 15 minutes get out is not allowed to come back. How can you when I am using a wheelchair.

Liked: Easy to find & front desk (?owner?) was so nice & friendly. Beds comfortable, room clean, pet friendly.
Disliked: Musty smell, but sure its just because its an old hotel, as it is clean. Otherwise great stay!
