Everything was perfect

Liked: This hotel is a hidden gem in Huntsville. I’ve always liked this place but hadn’t stayed here in a while until recently. During my recent stay, the staff provided exceptional, on-point customer service. He was fantastic! The rooms are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and it seems they’ve made some upgrades recently. Very happy with all aspects of my stay and will exclusively book at this hotel when in Huntsville from now on. 10/10

Liked: Didn’t see a breakfast but didn’t look either. Clean room, comfy, had a TV, AC worked good, nice area of town
Disliked: Ice machines were out of order

Very Disappointed

Disliked: The toilet was broken and couldn't flush without the lid off. The TV didn't have any sound. Coffee was not very good.

Moldy smell

Liked: Location is great. Off highway 45 easy to access. Clean.
Disliked: Smell. Smells like mold from AC or whole room. My pajamas smelled like mold next few days which is awful since I brought only one set of pajamas and I was on the way for my cruise trip.
