Very Disappointed

Disliked: The toilet was broken and couldn't flush without the lid off. The TV didn't have any sound. Coffee was not very good.

Moldy smell

Liked: Location is great. Off highway 45 easy to access. Clean.
Disliked: Smell. Smells like mold from AC or whole room. My pajamas smelled like mold next few days which is awful since I brought only one set of pajamas and I was on the way for my cruise trip.

Exceptional

Great value for your money!

Liked: I was a little worried about staying in a place that actually had low ratings, but I looked around and it was the best value for the money. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was kept. Granted, it is an older facility, but I would totally recommend if you're on a budget or if your stay is 1-2 nights.
Disliked: Although there a clear signs smoking is not permitted, the hallways did have a strong smell of smoke.

Disliked: No soap in the soap holder by the sink had a slight musty odor, and had a few lightbulbs out, but no big deal

Not good.

Liked: Close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: My sheets has stains on them that looked lie someone had diarrhea on them. My quilt smelled sour like it stayed in the washer too long. The mattress cover had Huge yellow stain the middle. The constant smell of marijuana in the hallways. The constant slamming of doors to the point of rattling the walls in my room. The loitering of people that were not staying there. Didn’t bring fresh towels daily. Had to ask for them, and they were stained brown as well.

Disliked: Room was not very clean, things where broken, very very tiny room , no elevator so we could NOT stay in the deluxe room I had booked as my daughter can't do stairs. Person working the desk said I'd get a partial refund since I didn't get the room I had already for and I still have no received a refund. I have messaged the property three times as well. Every time I came out of my room all I could smell was weed!
