Disliked: I had no working tv.. the phone didn’t work either.. and the room was half cleaned .. it was hair all the tub

Liked: For the price, this was an excellent experience. Lower priced hotels/motels In Birmingham can feel a little unsafe. Not here.

Disliked: My room 224 had a chair that was very dangerous I sat in it and the chair fell over and I hit the floor luckily I was not injured. I broought this up the the clerk that was at the desk but she didn’t seem concerned I told her she needed to get the chair out of the room that its was dangerous for any one to sit I’m 65 and in good health but this would be bad for anyone I have stayed in this hotel many times but I will not go back
