Won't use Booking.com again.

Disliked: Paid on Booking.com then still had to pay at Hotel, Not sure who screwed up but will not use Booking.com EVER again. With the money finally spent I could have stayed at the Hampton Inn instead.

Liked: Location is decent L
Disliked: Dirty,rude staff, amenities were non existent, supposed to get snacks and drinks with upgraded room , NOPE didn't happen !! An hour long process to check out!! Charged me for towels being dirty !!!! I didnt have time to argue so I let it be But towels get dirty when used... When will hotels wise up and order grey or black towels ? Do yourself a favor and jump over to the north side hotels lol
