When I was leaving I locked a few items in prior to getting them out. When I went to the housekeeping room on the first floor the three ladies' attitude was like we cannot do anything for you, just get out of here. They motioned for me to go to the office for assistance. On the way towards the office I came across Jeff and he helped my wife and I. I appreciate Jeff's help.

Despite it shortcomings, the property...

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: Property needed some upgrades. Outside was a little worn. Vending machines were out of order or out of products. Outlets in the room would not hold charger for phone or laptop without wrapping the cord around another object.

Liked: Convent to the airport and restaurants , shuttle to & from the airport is key for me …
Disliked: No breakfast items , or not even continental breakfast items .

Disliked: staff, could not trust cleanliness of the roomwater running non-stop in toilet bowl. I had to open the tank and wiggle the stopper to stop it.Called the next day as I discovered I left a can of special fish from Iceland. The office clerk said nothing was reported to her.She did not offer to check and call me back. Her voice did not convey she cared and I told her so.
