When I was leaving I locked a few items in prior to getting them out. When I went to the housekeeping room on the first floor the three ladies' attitude was like we cannot do anything for you, just get out of here. They motioned for me to go to the office for assistance. On the way towards the office I came across Jeff and he helped my wife and I. I appreciate Jeff's help.

Liked: This place was very clean and nice. The accommodations were great since my husband is on crutches we were able to get a handicap accessible room that made it easy to check in and out. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The location. I booked this room because I had an extended layover returning home from a conference in Las Vegas.
Disliked: I got in late (2am arrival) when I made the reservation on line it had indicated there was a shuttle, I was told my card would not be charged until my arrival. I learned the shuttle stopped running at midnight. Upon arrival I was told the card on file was charged. Elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, Hotel smelled like marijuana, I passed a meth pipe in the stair case on the way to the room, the room wreaked of smoke. When I went to call the front desk to advise (I had to sign a non-smoking waiver, I don't smoke) I found the phone was broken. The plug that goes into the handset of the phone was busted. I did not feel safe, I couldn't have called the front desk or anyone for help is needed. Needless to say I did not get any rest and was out of these are soon as the shuttle started running back to the airport in the morning.

Not impressive, needs work.

Liked: Proximity to places to eat was great. Highway to everywhere was close.
Disliked: Didn't see any breakfast, sheets weren't very clean. Toilets flush was weak. All rooms should have refrigerators. Room kinda outdated. Not having an option to check in earlier than 3pm is terrible for people who get in town earlier. The $50 hold on the room is bothersome, that would make me not want to stay there a second time, room not worth that much extra.

Liked: I was quoted one price on the phone and it was totally different when I got there. The young lady at the front desk was very rude. I understand it’s a red roof inn. I get it you kind of get what you pay for but terrible service love even willing to listen or be understanding

Liked: It was near alot of foos and coffee options open late night.
Disliked: The hotel room smelled very weirs and bathroom was very small.

Liked: The room was not filthy but not as clean as I would have expected for a chain hotel.
Disliked: The desk staff, both on arrival and departure were lacking friendly skills. They were extremely not helpful. Two senior women traveling in an unfamiliar place and your staff was not very helpful nor did they seem to care. No help for finding a place for dinner.

Liked: The hotel remindes motels from horror movies, but in general, just for a short stay, it's OK. Especially that it is really cheap.
